Houdini MRI VDB (uses pydicom)

Method to load MRI Medical scans into Houdini for creative purpose.
(no medical files have been included, you will need to bring some of your own)
(code provided "as is" no warranties)

Step1. edit input and output path in dicom_saveto_png_json.py and save.
Step2. pip install dependencies (check the import section for things that might be missing on your system)
Step3. run from command line, similar to:

python path/to/dicom_saveto_png_json.py

Step4. Open the .hiplc file, set the path where json/png pairs are
